Just phone us with your order then pay and arrange a day and time to collect … socially distancing of course, or choose the 'COLLECT IN STORE' option at checkout.

 

DELIVERY BY POST WITHIN THE UK

All items will be dispatched within 1-2 working days.  We charge £4.95 to deliver small packages using 2nd class mail.  However, during these unprecedented times, please allow Royal Mail a little longer to deliver your parcel to you.  If you require express delivery, please contact our customer service team: info@daisy-maison.co.uk.  For deliveries outside of the UK, please check with Daisy Maison Customer Services on 01483 286749.

 

SHOP AND DROP

Why don’t you shop online or telephone us with your order and we will drop your purchase at your door!  And if you have any questions just phone and chat to us.  There is no charge if you spend over £40 and live within 2 miles of the shop. Please check our opening hours as we won’t be delivering on days the shop is closed.
We offer Free Local Delivery on orders over £40 within a 2 mile radius. Please select the  'LOCAL DELIVERY' option at the checkout.

We will endeavour to get your parcel delivered as soon as possible, but due to current circumstances relating to Covid-19 please note the following:

  - For Free Click & Collect please allow up to 24 hours to process the order.

  - For Royal Mail postage please allow 3-5 working days during current delivery restrictions

Return & Exchange Policy

If you’d like to return your item for an exchange, please contact our customer service team by emailing info@daisy maison.co.uk or by calling 01483 286749.

 

RETURNING YOUR PRODUCT BECAUSE YOU CHANGED YOUR MIND

We hope that you are delighted with your purchase. However, if for any reason you wish to return an item, simply return it unused and in its original condition (including all labels and tags intact) with proof of purchase within 28 days of receipt. All goods will be inspected on return to ensure items are unused and in a resaleable condition, and as long as your returned product meets our terms and conditions, we’ll give you an exchange or refund. 

The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so please make sure it’s packed up properly and cannot get damaged on the way. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we will not issue a refund and the item will be returned to you.

 

RETURNING A FAULTY ITEM:

We only replace items or offer a refund for the return of products that are found to be faulty. We only replace items if they are fault or damaged.  If your product develops a fault within 30 days of purchase, please return with proof of purchase and we’ll exchange or refund it. After 30 days, we’ll repair or replace the product in accordance with the terms of the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Sale items – Unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged or refunded.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning your item, unfortunately, shipping costs are non-refundable.  If you are shipping an item over £75, you may want to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, to ensure that we receive your returned item.
